Marvelous Black Bean Chocolate Cake
Prepare to be amazed by this gluten- free chocolate cake.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare 8″ round pan by greasing entire pan and dusting with cocoa powder or greasing sides and lining the bottom with parchment paper.
Put beans, 3 of the eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and sugar into a blender. Blend until mixture is liquified and the bean skins are not noticeable, about 4 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add remaining eggs, beating well after each addition.
Pour bean mixture into butter mixture and mix until well combined.
In a small bowl, whisk together remaining dry ingredients: cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda. Add to batter slowly. Add water and mix until just combined.
Beat on high for 1 minute until batter is smooth.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes before moving to wire cooling rack. Frost once cake is completely cool.
