Divine Hummingbird Cake
All- Purpose Flour
in juice, undrained
Chopped Pecans or Walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease and line three 8 inch pans with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Add eggs and oil. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Do NOT beat.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple in juice, nuts, and bananas.
Pour into pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove and cool completely on wire racks before frosting.
-Pairs well with Cream Cheese Frosting.
-Not suitable for covering in fondant.
